Jarron Music

Jarron Music is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, rapper, and producer based out of Kansas City, MO.  Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, he developed a strong passion for music as a young child.  He began singing in an acapella gospel choir along with his mother and three younger siblings at his home church.  The choir would perform at various venues across the country.  He wrote his first song at the age of 9 and later began performing original songs at school talent shows in middle school and high school.  He also wrote the lyrics to his high school alma mater.  He recorded his first album as a sophomore in college which he initially sold out of the trunk of his car.  His album was later sold in the local artist section of Streetside Records.  He continued to perform original songs in college in front of large crowds and was awarded multiple cash prizes after performing in competition-style talent shows.  After college, he matriculated into medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago receiving his M.D. in 2009.  He continued to write songs throughout his medical training during residency and fellowship.  He directed and performed in his first music video during his final year of his residency training.  After building and establishing his medical practice, he decided to work to take his music to the next level.  He began taking both piano and drum lessons and studying masterclasses online.  He also began to learn how to operate live audio production consoles and home-based digital audio workstations.  Additionally, he became a voracious reader; acquiring a great deal of knowledge pertaining to the music business.  He and his wife (also a recording artist) began to note that their three children who they homeschool were exceptionally talented in music.   In an effort to provide an opportunity for his kids to explore the music business on a more serious level, he decided to establish a faith-based independent record label. Homeschool LYFE Entertainment was born!  As founder and CEO, he took the inititave to launch the label by releasing "Jarron Music and the Family presents The Pulpit - EP".  By the grace of God, Jarron Music seeks to serve and meet the needs of his musical audience in much the same way that he strives to serve and meet the needs of his patients.
